Mainly worn as a neck warmer, the snood was created with the idea of having a comfortable accessory that would be both warm and colourful. Its versatility means it can be worn as a neck warmer, ear warmer, hair/head band, or as a beanie with the help of a little elastic placed on top.
 
Stylish yet convenient, it finds its place in the city, the country or the seaside, it appeals to all genders and ages, for any occasion or activity, including walkers, bikers, sailors, campers to name a few.
 
Each piece is unique, made of very fine Australian merino wool and a mix of recycled and new silk. It is wet felted in a single piece (no stitching), using olive soap and rain water in my studio in rural Queensland.
